I was skeptical about a dedicated cleaner, but this actually gets the job done way faster than soap and water. One spray inside the sleeve, rinse with warm water, and it's done in under a minute. The 4 oz bottle is small enough to stash in a drawer without taking up space.
A quick spray of this stuff inside and out, then a warm water rinse, and my sleeve smells completely neutral again. The 4 oz bottle is small enough to keep tucked in the nightstand drawer but has lasted me a couple months of regular use. Way less fuss than the mild soap I was using before.
