The angled foam holds the sleeve at a really comfortable height for hands-free use, which I didn't expect to matter as much as it does. Sturdy enough that it stays put even when I get a bit enthusiastic.
Wasn't sure how much I'd actually use this, but the angled position makes hands-free way easier than holding it myself. The missionary setup hits a spot I can't really reach on my own. Great for longer sessions without my arm giving out.
