The plush material feels way better against the skin than the sleeve that came with my pump, and the gradual vacuum isn’t nearly as intense now. Took a couple tries to get the seal right, but once it’s on it stays put.

Set it up for the first time yesterday and the vacuum seal felt steady right from the start, no awkward slipping. The sleeve's plush entry made the whole gradual pull feel much gentler than I braced for.
